Open Enrollment Application for Grades K-8
Open Enrollment window has ended.
If you completed the lottery-based process, please check your email regularly for updated information. School personnel does not have future enrollment choices until the end of the 24-25 school year, June 13, 2025 Learn how to apply.
Families will be notified of the lottery results on starting March 10, 2025. Notifications will be sent via the method(s) you selected during registration (email, text, or both). You can also log into your SchoolMint account anytime to check the status of your application. Families must “Accept” the offer in SchoolMint by 5:00pm on the Friday of THAT WEEK, or they will be removed from the Open Enrollment offer list for SES.
If your student is NEW to the district and is offered a spot in an Open Enrollment program, you must 1) accept the offer on SchoolMint and 2) submit a complete registration form using the link provided in the offer notification. Families will need to provide photo identification, address verification, proof of birth documentation, and immunization records with the registration form. Families must “Accept” the offer in SchoolMint AND complete the registration form with SCUSD by 5:00pm on the Friday of THAT WEEK, or they will be removed from the Open Enrollment offer list for SES.
